Depending on the notification levels set in your settings, you will receive notifications through SMS.
By turning on Replies, you can reply to Urgent messages through Whatsapp.
If you receive multiple Urgent messages, you can reply to the latest message at each listing by numbering your replies to correspond with the listing.
For urgent messages across multiple listings, we'll send you a list of your listings with the corresponding number. If you are managing more than 5 listings, your WhatApp inbox can get messy quickly. We recommend Slack instead.
