Set Up Early Check-in and Late Checkout Upsells
How it works
HostAI will look through each listing's calendar
It will detect reservations where there are no same-day turnovers on the day of check-in and/or checkout
When an Early Check-In or Late Checkout is available (based on no same-day turnover), it will generate an upsell message for you to send to guests
Upsells are not sent automatically
Create an Early Check-In or Late Checkout Upsell
Click Create Upsell
Click Select Upsell Type and select Early Check-in
Set your Early Check-In time and fee (select Follow Listing Policies to mirror policies you set up in Global Settings)
