Sending Upsells
Once an upsell is detected, there are three places where you can send them from
Send from Upsells Page
Detected upsells will be displayed in the upsell tracker tab. From there you can see and send detected upsells
Send from Conversation
Detected upsells will also display on the reservation sidebar for conversations/reservations where an upsell is available
Send from Slack
If your Slack account is connected, you will receive notifications when there is an upsell detected and you can send from there.
To create a Slack channel dedicated to upsells, go to Upsell settings and select
