Configuring Policies

Whenever a guest asks a question related to any of these policies, ensure that the AI answers it correctly and adheres to your policies.

Make sure your policies are set up before turning on your AI

The types of policies in HostAI are:

1. Early Check-In

2. Late Checkout

3. Pets

4. Commercial Shoots

5. Events/Parties

6. Same Day Bookings.

Navigating to Your Policies Page

Start at your Listings Page and then click on Global Settings

Go to Listings Page and Click into Global Settings

When you reach the policy page, you will see a grid of unchecked boxes. Each row is a listing and each column is a policy.

• An unchecked box means that the policy is not allowed.

• A checked box means that the policy is allowed

Upon import, all policies will be unselected/not allowed except Same Day Bookings
