Task Notifications

Get notified of tasks when they are created.

Click on the Notifications button in the top right of the screen. From there, you have a few options.

If you have your HostAI push notifications on, you will get notified on your desktop and phone in the same way you are notified of messages.

Notifications via Slack

To send task notifications to Slack you have two options:

1. Send to Same Channel as Messages: If you select this option, task notifications will shoot to the same Slack channel that messages get sent to. View how to connect Slack here

2. Send to new #tasks-hostai channel: If you select this option, HostAI will create a new Slack Channel in your workspace and all task notifications will get sent to it.

Different Slack Channels for Different Groups

To have tasks get sent to multiple channels depending on the group the listing is in:

1. Create Listing Groups for your listings and set a Slack Channel for each group

2. In Task notifications, select Same as Listings Slack Channel. Tasks will shoot to the Slack channel created for each group.
