Connecting Hostaway Walkthrough

Create a Custom API Key in Hostaway

1. Create an API key on your Hostaway dashboard. Under Settings → Hostaway API.

Scroll down to Settings and then click into the Hostaway API page

2. Click Create API Key and call it "HostAI"

Click Create to open this window

3. Click Create → Copy the Account ID and API Key

This is what we will use to connect HostAI to your Hostaway account

Connecting to HostAI

1. Go to www.hostai.app and click Start for Free or Sign In

Either button—start for free and sign in—work

2. Create an account or login into your existing account

3. Go to the Home page and click -> Begin Set Up

This will become the home of your dashboard after import

4. Select Hostaway as your PMS

Select Guesty

5. Paste in the Account ID and API Key

This is what you copied from Hostaway

6. Click Import Listings

7. There are just a few more steps to take before turning the AI on

All of your listings' AI are turned off upon import.
