How it Works

As you know, guests are very honest about the state of your listing when they arrive at your property and when they leave a review (especially those private reviews.)

Tasks from Messages

If a guest message has an actionable item, HostAI will create a task for it. It will be displayed in the tasks table. Click into it to see the message it came from.

For every task you will see 3 key things:

1. The message that triggered the task

2. The AI analysis of the task

3. The name of the task (this is editable)

Task from Reviews

If a guest review (both public and private) contains an actionable item, HostAI will create a task for it and display it in the tasks table.

the Multiple Tasks from the Same Source

If a guest message or review contains more than one actionable item, HostAI will create multiple tasks from the source. You will be able to view all of the tasks created from a message or review.

See all of the tasks created from each guest conversation by clicking the "Tasks" tab in the Reservation Sidebar.
