With Notes, you can bring your team into a conversation and resolve issues quickly.
Why?
We built this feature because we found a lot of internal communication revolves around the reservation and the guest messages.
So we asked ourselves, "How might we make this process a little easier?" Notes bring your internal communication right to the source.
How
In a conversation, go to the Notes tab.
Write a note and that note will be displayed in the conversation for easy access
