- Common Policies: These policies are automatically synced from the Host Profile. Modify on a per-listing basis if needed. [Automatic from Host Profile]
- Nearby Area Information: These are the Host.AI local recommendations for attractions and restaurants. If you do not agree with our recommendations feel free to edit the text to your liking. [Automatically from Host.AI]

Host.AI Tip: To expedite your AI's training, copy and paste your listing's guidebook or check-in book to the Additional Information box.
