Set up your Listings

This is the brain for each of your listings. The more information you give Host.AI the better and more accurate your responses created will be.
The majority of these inputs are automatic - Set up each listing in under one minute.

1. General Tab

  • Property Information: This information is automatically pulled from the description sections of your listing. [Automatic from PMS]
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Your check-in/check-out information provided in your PMS will be automatically pulled. [Automatic from PMS]
  • Guest Information: This information is automatically pulled from the description sections of your listing. [Automatic from PMS]
  • Common Policies: These policies are automatically synced from the Host Profile. Modify on a per-listing basis if needed. [Automatic from Host Profile]

2. Additional Tab

  • Nearby Area Information: These are the Host.AI local recommendations for attractions and restaurants. If you do not agree with our recommendations feel free to edit the text to your liking. [Automatically from Host.AI]
  • Additional Information: This information is automatically pulled from the Host Profile. For best results add any additional about the listing here. [Automatic from Host Profile]
Host.AI Tip: To expedite your AI's training, copy and paste your listing's guidebook or check-in book to the Additional Information box.

3. FAQ Tab

  • Cancellation Policy: This is automatically pulled from your PMS. [Automatic from PMS]
  • Wifi Password: Set your listing Wifi network name and password. [Manual Input]
  • FAQ: Create commonly asked FAQs - See 3 examples above. [Manual Input]
    • Click the Add FAQ button
    • Write question and answer
    • Add and save

Your listing is now ready. Turn on the chat to let Host.AI work its magic.
