Overview

Notes facilitate team collaboration by allowing members to leave notes and mention each other directly within guest conversations. This feature is designed to streamline internal communication, ensuring that team members can share important updates, discuss issues, and resolve guest-related matters more efficiently.

Team members can @mention others to direct attention to specific conversations or points, and all mentions can be tracked through a dedicated "Mentions" section in the inbox. This ensures that no important communication is missed, and team members can stay aligned on guest interactions.

Workflow

Whether you’re following up on guest requests or flagging an issue for later, Notes and Mentions make team collaboration simple and accessible within your daily workflow.

  1. Add a Note:

    • Team members can easily access the Notes feature within a guest conversation by clicking on the “Add a note” option in the top-right corner of the conversation panel.

    • To view mentions, simply head to the Mentions section in the inbox sidebar. This will show a complete list of all mentions, ensuring that nothing gets missed.

  2. Mention a Teammate:

    • To add a mention, type @ followed by the team member’s name within a note. This sends a notification to the mentioned person, directing them to the conversation where the mention was made.

    • Notes are visible to all team members, providing a unified space for collaboration within guest conversations.

  3. Track where you're mentioned:

    • The Mentions section in your sidebar provides an organized way to track and follow up on all mentions made within guest conversations.

    • Team members can click on a specific mention to jump directly to the relevant conversation, making it easier to review notes and respond promptly.
