The HostAI to Zapier integration allows you to connect your HostAI tasks with various other project management tools and platforms. This lets you automatically send tasks created in HostAI to your preferred task management system, like Google Sheets, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.

Follow the steps below or view Zapier docs here to set up the Zap.
In your HostAI account, go to the Tasks section and click Notification. Here, you'll find a field for the Endpoint link. We'll need the Webhook URL from Zapier to fill this later.
Sign in / Sign Up for Zapier (if you haven't already)
Head over to Zapier and create an account if you don't have one.
Create a new Zap.
Choose Webhook by Zapier as the trigger event.
Click Catch Hook as the trigger.
Copy the generated Webhook URL.
Go back to your HostAI account and paste the copied Webhook URL from Zapier into the Endpoint link field.
In Zapier, return to your Zap settings and click Test Trigger. This ensures a proper connection between HostAI and Zapier.
Once the trigger test is successful, proceed to set up the Action in your Zap. Here, you'll choose the desired task management tool you want to integrate with (e.g., Google Sheets).
Zapier will guide you through the specific steps to configure the action based on your chosen tool.
By following these steps, you'll successfully connect HostAI with your preferred task management tool through Zapier, allowing for a more streamlined workflow and centralized task management.
