Connecting WhatsApp to HostAI allows you to manage all communications from your WhatsApp Business account directly within your HostAI inbox.
This integration streamlines communication by allowing you to respond to all messages, automate responses, and manage conversations in a unified platform. To use this feature, you must have a WhatsApp Business account.
HostAI offers two main options for integrating WhatsApp:
Connect an Existing Business Account: If your WhatsApp Business account already has registered phone numbers, HostAI will automatically sync and pull those numbers.
Use a HostAI Number: If your account does not have any registered numbers, you can generate a new WhatsApp business number through HostAI's Business Phone Number

Go to WhatsApp in Settings: In HostAI, navigate to the Settings > WhatsApp
to begin the integration process.
Connect WhatsApp Business Account:
Click on “Connect existing business account” and follow the prompts to link your WhatsApp Business account.
Phone Number Setup:
If your account has existing phone numbers, they will be displayed, and you can sync them to HostAI.
If you don’t have an existing number, click “Use HostAI number” to create a new one.
Verification:
Using Existing Number: A verification code will be sent via WhatsApp to the registered number. Enter this code in HostAI to complete the setup.
Using HostAI Number: You will receive a call to verify your number with WhatsApp. Please enter the code you receive in the call
Once the number is verified, it will be connected to your HostAI inbox.
Template Sync: You can sync and manage message templates for automating replies. Once approved, these templates will be available for use in WhatsApp conversations managed via HostAI.
