Building a comprehensive knowledge base doesn’t have to be complicated. In HostAI, it happens one knowledge block at a time.
With a streamlined workflow that flows from your Inbox into your Knowledge Base, adding new information is simple and quick.
You have the option to add new knowledge from your Inbox or Knowledge Base. This flexibility is designed so you can continuously enrich your knowledge base without even thinking about it.
There are two ways to add knowledge from your inbox
Add from any conversation: Click on the button in the top bar or use the shortcut "K".
Pull from any message: When you respond to a guest with details not yet in your Knowledge Base, you can convert this information into a knowledge block.

Add from any page Similar to the Inbox, click on the button in the top bar or use the shortcut "K".
When adding knowledge on a specific listing's page, HostAI will propose knowledge blocks for you to add for that listing.
Suggested Knowledge: Visit the Suggested tab within the Knowledge Base to review AI-generated suggestions based on your recent interactions with guests.
