Porting your phone numbers to HostAI allows you to transfer your existing phone numbers from another provider to HostAI, enabling you to manage guest communication seamlessly within our platform.
Consolidated Communication: Bring all your phone numbers under one platform, making it easier to manage all guest interactions.
Simplified Management: Transfer your current numbers without disruption, maintaining continuity in your communication channels.
Seamless Integration: Once your numbers are ported, they integrate directly with HostAI’s messaging and automation tools, streamlining your operations.
Request to Port a Number
Log in to your HostAI account
Navigate to "Settings" > "Connected channels" > "Phone
Click on "Request or Port a Number" or fill out the form at this link: Port-in Request Form
Provide necessary information & submit your request
Wait for Confirmation
HostAI will process your request, which may take several business days depending on your current provider.
Activate Your Number
Once the port-in process is complete, HostAI will receive a notification from the Twilio team confirming the transfer. We will then proceed with the necessary activation steps on our end. Once your number is activated, we will notify you, and you can begin testing the number to ensure everything is working as expected.
