Control active listings for billing

Overview

Listings in HostAI are imported directly from your Property Management System (PMS) during the initial setup. Once imported, all active listings will be available for guest communication and billing purposes.

It's important to manage your listings effectively, particularly if you have dormant listings that are no longer in use or if you acquire new ones. By keeping your listings updated, you ensure that only active listings are being billed, and any new listings are seamlessly integrated into your HostAI workspace.

Set Up

• Adding New Listings: If you have recently added new properties to your PMS that are not yet in HostAI, simply click the Import button. This will pull all new listings into the system, enabling HostAI to manage guest support for those properties.

• Removing Listings: If you want to stop managing a property in HostAI, there are two options:

  1. Move to Inactive: This option keeps the listing in your HostAI system but disables guest support and billing for that property.

  2. Remove from HostAI: This fully removes the listing from the system. This is ideal for permanently removing a property you no longer manage.
