HostAI to Breezeway Integration allows you to seamlessly transfer tasks created in HostAI to Breezeway, making it easier to manage and track your team's workload.

Better collaboration: Breezeway's features, such as task comments and notifications, can foster better collaboration among team members.
Go to the Tasks page in your HostAi account and click the Breezeway button.
We need your "clientID" and "clientSecret". Reach out to your Breezeway rep and they will send you this information.
Once your Breezeway account is connected, click the Import People button sync your contacts and be sure to map the HostAI task categories to your preferred department.
Additional Option for Managing Your Breezeway Integration
Select Mappings: Verify that the HostAI task categories are correctly mapped to the corresponding Breezeway departments.
Sync People: Click the "Sync People" button to assign the tasks to the designated team members in Breezeway.
When you want to send a HostAI-created task to Breezeway:
Assign the task to the relevant team member in HostAI
Click the checkbox next to the task and click the Sync button
HostAI tasks will show up in Breezeway with the status "created"
Once a task is sent to Breezeway, it becomes read-only in HostAI and only editable in Breezeway. The tasks will be displayed in a third table titled "Sent to Breezeway".
By following these steps, you'll successfully connect HostAI to Breezeway, streamlining your workflow and providing a more efficient way to manage your team's tasks.
