If your PMS is already connected to HostAI, integrating Airbnb adds key workflows that go beyond what the PMS provides—ensuring a more complete, centralized management experience.
With this connection, you get:
Airbnb Support Messages – A dedicated channel for messages from Airbnb Support, keeping account updates, dispute resolutions, and policy notices inside HostAI.
Reservation Alteration Requests – Guest modification requests (e.g., date changes, extensions) are pulled directly into HostAI, enriching the reservation workflow without needing to check Airbnb separately.
This means fewer tabs, better visibility over guest changes, and an easier way to manage Airbnb-related issues.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Airbnb.
Click “Connect with Airbnb” (this opens Airbnb).
Log in and grant permissions to sync support messages and reservation updates.
HostAI will automatically:
Create a dedicated Airbnb Support channel for incoming messages.
Enrich reservation workflows with alteration request handling inside the inbox.
You can connect multiple Airbnb accounts by repeating this process.
