For users who don’t use a PMS, this integration allows you to bring Airbnb guest messaging, reservations, and support messages directly into HostAI.
With this connection, you get:
Guest Messaging – All guest conversations from Airbnb sync into HostAI, allowing you to manage replies from one centralized inbox.
Reservations – Airbnb reservations are pulled into HostAI, giving full visibility into check-in/check-out dates, guest details, and booking modifications.
Airbnb Support Messages – A dedicated channel for messages from Airbnb Support, so you don’t have to check Airbnb separately.
This ensures that even without a PMS, all your Airbnb communication is handled in HostAI—reducing the need to switch between platforms.
Go to Settings > Connect Channels > PMS > Click "Connect PMS"
Select “Airbnb" (this opens Airbnb).
Log in and grant permissions to sync messages and reservations.
HostAI will automatically:
Import all Airbnb guest conversations into your inbox.
Sync reservation details for full visibility.
Create a dedicated Airbnb Support channel for Airbnb-related updates.
You can only connect one Airbnb account to one workspace.
If you want to connect multiple Airbnb accounts without using a PMS, you will have to create a new HostAI workspace for each Airbnb account.
